Hello, this is Kate. It has been brought to my attention that there has been controversy over a certain One Piece Deviant. There is no question who this person is amongst One Piece ocs and rpcs. They have spammed our inboxes with commissions from others, and traced artwork. Yet somehow she is praised for all the 'hard work' she puts into her pieces. The sad part is, the good artists who take their time to draw their work (whether it be good or not) go unseen. Screenshots are not there for you to trace and put up on Deviantart. Traces are for PHOTOBUCKET. If you want to trace, leave your art there. Don't say "I REFERENCED THIS!" NO. YOU DIDN'T
